Torre Alfina is a small hamlet located on the border with Umbria. Its history is intertwined with that of its medieval Castle which was renovated at the end of the 19th century at the behest of Count Edoardo Cahen.
A number of contemporary art works, created between 2005 and 2006 for the Chambre d’Amis Festival, organised by the painter Thomas Lange, were installed in the streets of the centre. Admire the ceramic sculptures by artists Mutsuo Hirano, Mario Vinci and Piero Calamai.
The majolica tiles were created by Rita Pepparulli.
